Carbon SS Lite took inspirations from Harley Davidson Iron 883; gets lots of changes starting with new custom designed fenders
Bulleteer customs is a custom shop which focuses on customizing Royal Enfield products. We have already featured some of their unique custom jobs and in this article we are featuring Carbon SS Lite which is based on Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350.
The Carbon SS Lite design took inspirations from Harley Davidson Iron 883. The Bulleteer customs have given lots of changes for the stock bike which starts with new custom designed fenders at front and rear. The headlamp is completely new and comes with LED and stock indicators are replaced by custom units which are placed on the end of handle bar.
The handlebar is custom made for Carbon SS as it is shorter in length and placed lower for sporty riding feel. The fuel tank is different from the stock bike and the Bulleteer name is written on it. The instrument cluster is a single pod unit with speedometer and odometer in it.
They have removed rpm and other meters for the minimalist look. Bullteer has given single seat and they are placed low on the body. The tail lamp is a thin LED strip placed at the end of mud-guard. The Carbon SS Lite comes with telescopic front suspension and dual gas charged shock absorbers at rear.
The stock tyres have been replaced with wider tyres along with new alloy wheels. The engine and side boxes have been finished in matte black colour while rest of the body is finished in silver colour. Bulleteer hasn’t made any mechanical changes as it is powered by 346 cc single cylinder engine producing 19.8 hp of power at 5,250 rpm and 28 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm.
This engine is mated to 5 speed gearbox. The braking duties are done by disc brakes at front and rear. Bulleteer has given dual exhaust but only one is used as the other one is just for aesthetics only. The license plate is placed at rear shock absorbers and continues the macho theme along with rest of the body. Bulleteer hasn’t revealed the price of Carbon SS Lite yet.
