Out of the four models, one will be the new BMW F850 GS adventure bike while rest of the three are expected to arrive as updates of existing models
BMW Motorrad will be showcasing four new motorcycles at the 2017 EICMA motor show in Milan, Italy in the coming days. The company has announced four new world premiers at the annual event. The live stream of these unveilings can be watched on BMW Motorrad’s Official Facebook page. The BMW world premiere will take place on November 7.
Besides unveiling four new models, BMW Motorrad will also be displaying the existing product range at the EICMA. The company has showcased the Concept Link scooter and Vision Next 100 electric concept a few weeks back and these are likely to make their way to the event just as usual showcases.

The details regarding the four new BMW Motorcycles are a mystery at the moment. Most of them are expected to be the new edition models of the existing line up. A few days back, BMW Motorrad had teased a new GS adventure motorcycle that will see the light at EICMA. The motorcycle is expected to be the F850 GS and this can be said with almost certainty seeing its sleek body design and chain drive.
The BMW F850 GS draws its power from a 850cc, parallel twin engine that has been linked to a six-speed transmission. The engine will have a firing order of 270 degree as against 360 degree in the existing F800 GS. The power output in the BMW F850 GS will be close to 100 bhp.

The BMW F850 GS also offers features like a switchable ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) to provide convenience to the off road junkies. The motorcycle will also come with a LED headlamp unit that should offer a good illumination in the dark. The bike has also been assisted with a coloured TFT instrument cluster just like the one that we have seen recently on the Street Triple RS in India.
To challenge the new BMW GS range, Triumph Motorcycles will also have its 2018 Tiger 800 line up ready at the event. Moreover, Honda is coming up with its next generation Africa Twin to further spice up the game in the adventure biking segment.
