Maruti Suzuki offers a range of discounts for its models sold at Nexa dealerships and it is the right time for customers to make a move
It is not uncommon to see carmakers come up with a series of discounts around the festive season and end of a particular calendar year, as customer sentiments will be high in buying the vehicles than at any other period during the course of 12 months. Most of the mainstream companies will jump in the bandwagon to garner as much sales they could.
Maruti Suzuki, the leading auto brand in the country, wants to take advantage of the situation to increase volumes further coming on the back of holding 48.4 percent market share in October 2018. As the overall growth has not been as big as they should be traditionally across different segments and brands, the year end sales carries all the more importance.
Maruti Suzuki is offering several discounts and bonuses across the board this month for models like the Baleno, Ignis, S-Cross and Ciaz sold in Nexa dealerships. The old generation Ciaz is the most benefitted with total offers mounting up to Rs. 1,10,000 for diesel variant while the petrol can be had with up to Rs. 80,000 discount that includes exchange bonus of Rs. 50,000.
The facelifted Ciaz launched earlier this year has offers applied for all but Alpha and AT variants in petrol with up to Rs. 50,000 while same discount can be had for the diesel version barring Alpha grade. While the old and new Ciaz gain corporate discount of Rs. 10,000, the S-Cross and Baleno are quoted at Rs. 7,000.

Ever since the Maruti Suzuki S-Cross’ facelift was introduced in 2017, its sales have steadily been decent and with exchange bonus of Rs. 25,000, corporate discount of Rs. 7,000 and Rs. 23,000 in retail support the Delta variant sees offer of up to Rs. 55,000 and for other variants, the cumulative discount stands at Rs. 42,000.
Both the petrol and diesel variants of the Baleno witness total discount of Rs. 32,000 and, on the other hand, the entry-level Ignis hatchback faces up to Rs. 70,000 for petrol AMT and Rs. 65,000 for petrol MT variants in the latest round of big offers.
