Bajaj Avenger Street gets two new colours; the potent cruiser series was initially launched with three different variants last year
Bajaj Auto launched the new Avenger series last year, which has garnered popularity and admiration in very short time. While the Avenger Street range comes comprising two different models, 150 Street and 220 Street, the 220 Cruise comes perfect for those who like to take on the highways in style without shelling out a hefty amount of money.
Now the company has introduced two new colours to the Avenger Street range. These two new colours are Matte Wild Green and Cosmic Red. The Bajaj Avenger 150 Street is presently available in Midnight Blue. The two wheeler maker introduced the Cosmic Red colour to the model. On the other hand, the Bajaj Avenger 220 Street is presently available in Matte Black, and it gets a new colour scheme Matte Wild Green.

While both the models in the Street range gets two new exciting colours, the 220 Cruise gets no additional colours. Therefore it comes with the existing Divine Black and Desert Gold colour options. The new Cosmic Red painted Avenger 150 Street gets a price tag of Rs. 75,500 (ex showroom, Delhi). On the other hand the Matte Wild Green Avenger 220 Street dons a price tag of Rs. 85,497 (ex showroom, Delhi).
Bajaj Avenger was first introduced in 2001, and it has been inspired by the Kawasaki Eliminator. Since then it has been the most affordable cruiser in Indian market with international styling and true cruiser design.

Avenger is also the fastest growing brand in the premium motorcycle segment. The new design and restyling introduced to the Avenger range in 2015 played a crucial role in making the range more popular.
Talking about the introduction of these new colours, Mr. Eric Vas, president of Motorcycle Business, Bajaj Auto Ltd has said, the introduction of two unique new colours in the Avenger Street lifts the style of the Avenger to a new level. He is also confident that these two new colours will enhance the appeal further.
