Audi Q3 and Q7 Design Edition are priced at Rs. 40.76 lakh and Rs. 82.37 lakh (both prices, Ex-Showroom) respectively
Audi India is racking up new launches for the luxury market. The German manufacturer is going to introduce new generation A8 later this year and they have already launched new generation of Q5. The Q3 and Q7 are facing stiff competition from new rivals and to improve sales, Audi has now introduced ‘Design Edition’ of both the models.
Both these models were showcased during launch of new Q5 in India. The Q3 Design Edition comes with clear lens tail lamp, quattro decals, illuminated door sills, key cover that matches exterior colour, a coat hanger and Nappa leather upholstery. The Design Edition is placed between base Premium Plus and top-end Technology.
The Q7 Design Edition comes with smoked LED tail lamp, Audi decal on D-Pillar, rear seat entertainment with screens placed behind front seats, Audi branded cool bag and it is finished in deep blue paint finish which is exclusive for this limited edition model. Like Q3, the Q7 Design Edition is also placed between base and top end model.
Audi Q3 Design Edition is available only with diesel engine option as it is powered by 2.0 L turbocharged engine producing 184 bhp of power at 3,500 rpm and 380 Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm. This engine is mated to 7 speed automatic gearbox and power is sent to all four wheels via Quattro system.
The Q7 Design Edition comes in both petrol and diesel engine option. The 2.0 L turbocharged engine produces 248 bhp of power at 5,000 rpm and 370 Nm of torque at 1,600 rpm. This engine returns 11.68 kmpl. The powerful 3.0 L turbocharged diesel engine puts out 245 hp of power at 2,910 rpm and 600 Nm of torque at 1,500 rpm.
Both these engines are mated to 8 speed automatic gearbox and come with quattro all wheel drive system as standard. Audi Q3 and Q7 Design Edition is priced at Rs. 40.76 lakh and Rs. 82.37 lakh (both prices, Ex-Showroom) respectively. The updated features list will help Audi to improve sales of both Q3 and Q7.
