Audi Q2 price announced in the UK; orders will be taken from August onwards
The Audi Q2 has been making news for being the smallest SUV from the entire range. The German carmaker will start taking orders in the UK from August while the deliveries will begin in November this year. The starting price for the entry level new Audi Q2 SE will be GBP 20,230 (Rs. 18.18 lakh).
This variant will feature 16-inch alloy wheels, electrically adjustable heated ORVMs, MMI controller and radio plus along with Bluetooth interface, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The next in line is the Audi Q2 Sports variant which will feature 17-inch alloy wheels, MMI Navigation system based on the SD card with 3 month trial that unlocks the Audi connect portfolio.

In this variant you can also get red or yellow inlays around the cabin as well as cruise control, light and rain sensors, Audi Drive Select etc, in addition to the Q2 SE features. All this will be made available at an additional cost of GBP 1,550.
The new Audi Q2 S Line will be priced USD 2,250 more and it will feature 18-inch alloys while also include LED lights at the front and back, sport seats that are wrapped in cloth or leather, LED interior lighting along with a leather steering wheel that has inlays finished with brushed aluminium. The steering wheel will have mounted multi-function controls.
The smallest SUV, Audi Q2 will come with an option of 1.4-litre TFSI petrol engine and 1.6-litre TDI diesel engine initially and later on 1.0-litre TFSI petrol engine and a 2.0-litre TDI diesel engine will be added to the list. The 1.4-litre TFSI engine can produce a maximum power output of 148 bhp whereas the 1.6-litre TDI engine can produce 113 bhp.
The other two engines that are coming later can produce 113 bhp and 148 bhp respectively. The smaller engines will come with six-speed manual gearbox while the more luxurious ones will get 7 speed dual clutch automatic.
Further it is expected that a 2.0-litre TFSI with S tronic transmission and Quattro drive will also be introduced for the new Audi Q2.
