Audi Elaine carries several similarities to the E-Tron; powered by three electric motors it boasts 500 km range
Audi is thriving towards autonomous electric mobility pretty fast. Earlier it showcased the E-Tron Sportback concept at Shanghai Motor Show. Now, the automaker has unveiled two concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the Aicon concept and Elaince concept. Speaking about the Audi Elaine, it previews a futuristic coupe SUV with self driving technology and all-electric powertrain.
As the Audi E-Tron Sportback has already entered production, we can expect the absolutely stunning looking Audi Elaine concept too will be produced in near future. The Audi Elaine appears much more technologically much more advanced compared to the E-Tron, as it gets level 4 autonomous tech. Speaking about its styling, the Elaine concept carries typical Audi design language. It looks very sculpted and sharp in terms of appearance.

The Audi Elaine sports Matrix LED lights at both front and rear. At the side profile, the car gets animated LED fields that will greet the occupants when they open door to enter the car. Dimensionally, the Audi Elaine appears almost similar sized to the E-Tron. Apart from the sculpted front fascia, Audi Elaine appears with large sporty alloy wheels, muscular fenders, nicely curved sloping roofline. Instead of conventional taillights, it gets a wide sleek LED panel and there is a black crafted looking bumper as well.
Interior of the concept looks pretty much conventional. It looks like the car derived from this concept will come with manual driving capability as well. There is a flat-bottom multifunction steering wheel, full LED display at instrument cluster. The touchscreen infotainment system at the center console is positioned ergonomically and there is a touchpad below it instead of conventional buttons and dials.

Audi Elaine gets advanced zFAS controller installed at the back. The advanced technology and refined sensors help the Elaine to act as a highway pilot for a long distance. It gets several driver assisting and pre-sense safety technologies as well. Apart from that, it also features fast internet connection, personal intelligent assistant that will remember user specific data and act accordingly.
Power source for the Audi Elaine concept is a large 95 kWh battery pack taken from Audi E-Tron. There are three electric motors that can produce a total power output of 496 hp and the car is also capable of running 500 km on a fully charged battery. The Audi Elaine is capable of accelerating 0-100 kmph in just 4.5 seconds.
