Audi A6 Matrix 35 TFSI is the only petrol model of Audi A6 available in India;opened a new dimension in the automotive lighting technology
The German brand has launched the Audi A6 Matrix 35 TFSI in India at Rs. 52.75 lakh (ex showroom, Delhi). The car sports the matrix LED headlamps which has opened a new dimension in the automotive lighting technology. The Matrix LED headlamps are known for delivering high precision smart illumination, which can be controlled with individual light emitting diodes.
The car sports sleek headlamp clusters, large radiator grille with horizontal chrome slats, and an aggressive looking bumper. The side profile comes featuring sporty alloy wheels, sharp character lines, turn indicator integrated ORVMs. The rear also sports LED taillights, lip spoiler, a beefy bumper and chrome trim at the registration enclosure.

The interior of the car too comes very much premium and stylish. A multifunction steering wheel, dual analog and a digital display at the instrument cluster, an 8 inch MMI touchscreen infotainment system, wooden trim at the dashboard, 472 kW 14 speaker Bose surround music system, and on the safety front the car features 8 airbags. The interior features premium quality leather upholstery. Apart from these, the sports electric powered boot lid with foot gesture opening, dynamic turn indicators etc.
The 35 TFSI is the sole petrol powered Audi A6 available in Indian market, and now with the inclusion of matrix LED headlamps the appeal of the car is enhanced. It takes power from a 1.8 litre TFSI turbocharged four cylinder petrol engine mated to a seven speed S tronic dual clutch automatic transmission.

The engine churns out 190 PS of peak power at 4,200 rpm – 6,200 rpm and 320 Nm of peak torque at 1,400 rpm – 4,100 rpm. The car accelerates 0 – 100 kmph in 7.9 seconds with a top speed of 233 kmph. Also the Audi A6 35 TFSI delivers a fuel economy of 15.26 kmpl.
