Aston Martin has officially launched the new Vantage in India at Rs. 2.95 Crore (Ex-Showroom). The Vantage made its global debut last year and the company has allocated just 20 units for India this year. The bookings have officially opened and the deliveries are expected to begin in early 2019 only, depending on demand more units will be allocated.

The Vantage design takes inspiration from DB10 concept and it is different from other models. The signature grille of Aston Martin gets a glossy black finish and it is integrated into the bumper. The company has given LED headlamps and the body is designed to cut through the air with minimal drag. The shoulder line on the side gives more muscle to the Vantage.

The rear is one of the best-looking parts of the Vantage as it gets full length LED tail lamp and dynamic indicators. The front splitter channel the air flow to different parts of the Vantage for cooling purpose and the underbody has different elements to clean up the airflow towards the rear. This will help the diffuser to work well and the company has also given twin exhaust.

The interior continues the sporty design theme as the Vantage gets three spoke multi-function steering wheel and new sports seats. The company has also given the option of dual tone colours to spice up the cabin. Like AMG GT R, most of the controls for suspension, engine and traction are placed on the centre console.

The Vantage is powered by a 4.0 L twin-turbo V8 engine sourced from Mercedes AMG GT R and it produces 503 bhp of power at 6,000 rpm and 695 Nm of torque at 2,000 – 5,000 rpm.
