1. Will Be Underpinned By A Stronger Platform
The 2020 Mahindra Thar will be based on an all-new platform that will be shared with the next generation Mahindra Scorpio. The two SUVs will be launched at the same time and are expected to share even some other components. The new platform will be more robust than that of the current model and should help In improved road handling and vehicle dynamics. The new platform will help the 2020 Mahindra Thar comply with the stringent crash safety norms.
