Going by its plans, Royal Enfield will expand its 350cc, 450cc & 650cc motorcycle line-up with a host of new launches in the coming years

Royal Enfield, one of the most sought-after two-wheeler manufacturers in the country has been quite consistent with new launches over the past few years. Moving ahead with its product strategy, the Indian bike manufacturer will launch a slew of new models in the 350cc, 450c and 650cc segments. So, let’s have a look at the details of the upcoming Royal Enfield motorcycles in India.

1. Royal Enfield Hunter 450

Royal Enfield has been working on a 450cc naked roadster for a long time now and we recently spotted a product-ready test mule of the upcoming Royal Enfield motorcycle. The chassis will be shared with the Himalayan 450, however, the rear sub-frame will be different.

Powered by the familiar Sherpa 452cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine putting out 39.47 bhp and 40 Nm of peak torque, the bike could get slightly different gear ratios and engine tuning. It will be kitted with hardware similar to the Himalayan 450 and expect it to be positioned below the ADV. The Hunter 450 will rival the likes of the Triumph Speed 400 in India.

2. Royal Enfield Classic 650

Expected to launch by Diwali 2024, the Classic 650 will be a larger displacement version of the Royal Enfield best-seller Classic 350. Spotted multiple times during test runs, the Classic 650 is expected to share its underpinnings with the Shotgun 650. The two-wheeler will draw power from the familiar 648cc parallel-twin engine putting out 47.4 bhp and 52.4 Nm of peak torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

The production-ready test mules have revealed that the upcoming Royal Enfield Classic 650 will ride on wire-spoke rims, however, alloy wheels with tubeless tyres will likely be offered as an accessory. In addition to this, the design of the Royal Enfield Classic 650 will have a retro charm and it will get a twin peashooter exhaust setup.

3. Royal Enfield Scrambler 650

Featuring the same underpinnings as the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650, a 650cc Scrambler is also expected to join the Royal Enfield fleet. Spotted testing multiple times in India, the Scrambler 650 is expected to debut by the end of 2024.

Long travel USD forks at the front, a round digital instrument cluster from the new Himalayan 450, 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel, wire-spoke rims, a single-piece seat and a round LED headlamp will be a part of the package. The scrambler 650 will use the familiar 648cc parallel-twin engine, however, there could be some changes in the power band and tuning to better use the bike’s use case.

4. Royal Enfield Bobber 350

A new bike based on the Classic 350 has been spotted testing multiple times on the Indian roads and it is believed to be the upcoming Royal Enfield Bobber 350. The latest spy shots from early this year highlighted its production-ready version. Despite being based on the Classic, an all-new raised Ape Hanger type handlebar, round headlamp, teardrop design fuel tank, dual split floating seat, a prominent tyre hugger with the number plate mounted on it and front set foot pegs are some of its differentiating elements.

The Royal Enfield Bobber 350 will be powered by the familiar 349cc J-series single-cylinder air/oil-cooled engine, mated to a 5-speed gearbox. As per the latest media reports, we could see the bike rolling on Indian roads by mid-2024.
