2023 Yamaha Fascino and RayZR continue to feature the 125 cc single-cylinder, fuel-injected, air-cooled engine producing 8 bhp and 10.3 Nm

Yamaha has revealed prices and updates of the 2023 Fascino and RayZR for the domestic market today. The former comes in a single variant while the latter can be had in regular and Street Rally guises. The scooters are available with an updated engine meeting OBD-2 regulations and are E20-ready but no performance changes have been made.

The 2023 Yamaha Fascino 125 has its prices start at Rs. 78,600 while the RayZR 125’s range starts from Rs. 82,730. The drum variant of the Fascino in Cool Blue Metallic and Dark Matte Blue colours cost Rs. 79,600 and Rs. 79,600 each while the disc variant ranges between Rs. 88,230 and Rs. 91,030 based on the paint schemes.

The single-cylinder, fuel-injected, air-cooled engine continues to produce a maximum power output of 8 bhp at 6,500 rpm and a peak torque of 10.3 Nm at 5,000 rpm. The Intelligent Power Assist system delivers an additional thrust utilising the Smart Motor Generator (SMG) system, according to the brand, doubling up as an e-motor offering more linear power when accelerating.

The auto start/stop system helps in improving fuel economy. The 125 cc duo comes with Bluetooth connectivity, side stand engine cut-off function and CBS (Combined Braking System). The Y-Connect app enables features such as last parking location, malfunction notification, rider ranking, maintenance recommendations, fuel consumption tracking and so on.

With no design changes, the 2023 Yamaha Fascino and RayZR have received new paint schemes. The Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid and Ray ZR 125 Fi Hybrid in their disc brake specifications gain a new Dark Matte Blue shade. The Ray ZR Street Rally 125 Fi Hybrid comes in two new colours that are Matte Black and Light Grey Vermillion.

One notable addition is the new graphics in the existing Matte Red, Metallic Black, and Cyan Blue colours of the disc and drum variants. The 2023 Yamaha RayZR drum variant costs Rs. 82,730 while the disc version is priced up to Rs. 89,530. The Ray ZR Street Rally in Matte Copper colour costs Rs. 92,530 while customers have to pay Rs. 1,000 extra for Matte Black and Light Grey Vermillion (all prices, ex-showroom, New Delhi).
