The 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 300 can be yours this festive season without drilling that deep hole in your pocket. The reason being, the Mumbai and Bengaluru Kawasaki outlets are offering good discounts on the Ninja 300 these days.

To be specific, the Kawasaki dealership in Mumbai is offering a discount of upto Rs. 38,000 on the 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 300. For this reason, the motorcycle will now cost Rs. 4.05 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

2017 Kawasaki Ninja 300 KRT Edition 2On the other hand, the Bengaluru outlet is offering a flat discount of Rs. 25,000 with this motorcycle. Also, the said dealership is giving away a riding jacket worth Rs. 15,000 absolutely free with the purchase of the bike.

The Kawasaki Ninja 300 received an update in the form of a BS-IV compliant engine this year in April. The parallel twin engine displaces 296cc and cranks out respective power and torque outputs of 39 bhp and 27 Nm. Transmission duties are taken care of with the help of a six-speed unit.

2017 Kawasaki Ninja 300 KRT EditionThe 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 300 gets its stopping power from a 290mm disc brake upfront that pairs with a 220mm disc brake at the rear. The suspension system of this motorcycle comprises of conventional 37mm telescopic forks at the front along with gas charged five-way adjustable monoshock at the rear.

The Kawasaki Ninja 300 competes with the likes of the recently launched Benelli 302R in the Indian two-wheeler market. The Yamaha YZF-R3 will also be a prime rival once it gets launched with a BS-IV engine.

Currently, the Japanese manufacturer has 12 dealerships in the country and these are situated mainly in metro and major cities. The upcoming stores will be inaugurated in the cities of Dehradun, Ludhiana, Goa, Kolhapur, Mangalore, Nagpur, Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata, Calicut and Vizag.
