2017 Hyundai Grand i10 Facelift launched in India with all new 1.2 diesel engine, improved exterior and features
Hyundai officially unveiled the 2017 i10 facelift ahead of the Paris Motor Show late last September and the real car was up for spectators’ display much to the delight. The car features a stylish appearance compared to the outgoing model. Up for sale in European and other markets already, the hatchback is finally launched in India, mimicking the Euro-spec i10’s exterior largely.
For Hyundai, two models constantly pumping volumes. The i twins in the compact hatchback and premium segment have not aged much but in order to have a sustained sales growth, the South Korean brand brings upgrade with modern styling touches. The global markets have seen the i10 flaunting new active safety and connectivity features but for India its interior remains the same except for some necessary additions.
To stand in par with the competition, Hyundai Grand i10 new facelift has a head-start over the new-gen Swift. As it’s been over three years since the existing generation Grand i10 entered market, we expect the facelift to shake things up considerably in the pecking order in terms of sales.
