Launched in Russia last year as Polo Sedan, 2016 Volkswagen Vento Facelift is all set to come in India soon

Volkswagen is all set to do it again. The German manufacturer is planning another facelift for the Vento like last two years. This will be the third facelift after the original one came in. There have been minor changes even before that if you can count and remember. Volkswagen attempts again and again show that it seems insecure with their two products which are good on paper and perform as well.

However, it plans to be continuously in the eye of prospective buyer and offer exclusivity with the brand and with the car as well. This new facelift thought will be a minor as always. What we see here is a new front fascia which will come with new DRL lights and could get projectors as well.

DRL seem in sync with the fog lights which is seen on some cars of the past. Three slat grille, front bumper with chrome treatment remain the same as the previous version.

The 2016 Volkswagen Vento Facelift will get new alloy wheels most likely. Side profile continues to be similar as there are no changes here. New color options were introduced with last car. Rear profile also continues to be the same and have the same funky and digital designed tail-lamps. Bumpers and chrome strip along with boot badge have same locations as well.

Engine wise we expect 1.2 TSi petrol automatic, 1.6 MPi with manual gearbox and 1.5 Diesel with automatic and DSG gearbox on offer. Vento sure is an attractive package and every year it tends to offer something new and continuously offer some really tempting deals when it comes to finance options that company makes available. Launch is expected between May-June 2016.
