In 2016 Hyundai Elantra Sketches, German approach witnessed here as well
Hyundai Elantra in India is one of the successful model despite many flaws with the car. However, a facelift has just arrived which has made things even better. All though potential things remain the same such as dynamics, but it scores high on style and space. Interiors and features are dated and so on. Good news is that the 2016 Hyundai Elantra is here in sketch form and first look confirms that is a very good-looking car indeed. Front and rear is set to a get a major change while side profile seems quite similar.

Interior are all set to be inspired by the Tuscan and Sonata from the stable. We expect the car to get a new petrol and diesel engine for the market. The dual clutch gearbox could make things much better and finally enthusiast can go ahead with the excellent powertrain option. Current gearbox is good enough, but dual-clutch gearbox could be a game changer for Hyundai in India. Ride and handling can be better too and there are a lot of demands on the shoulder of Hyundai to make the new generation Elantra a successful model as the old is already segment leader in countries USA, India and other European and Asian countries.
Stay tuned for details as the launch and unveil is set to happen soon at either the Frankfurt show or Los Angeles show this year, 2015. India launch is almost one and a half-year away and it will compete with the likes of the Skoda Octavia, Volkswagen Jetta and Chevrolet Cruze, which is also set to come in a new Avatar soon.
