Fiat Linea 125s launched in India; it’s the most powerful sedan in C-Segment courtesy of 125PS 1.4L T-Jet petrol engine
Fiat is on a roll in India. It is finally doing what the enthusiast really want from the company. The Fiat Linea 125 s has been revealed at the 2016 Auto Expo with a slightly modified engine. It features sturdy exterior with equipment such as rear parking sensors, ORVMs with turn indicators, rain sensing wipers, automatic headlamps, etc.
Fiat Linea 125s is one such thing that will be a shining light for the buyers focussed on driving experience. The standard Linea has been the sedan that every family enthusiast has had. They have enjoyed the T-jet engine which makes 114 BHP of power and 250 Nm of torque which is now pumped to 125 PS of power at 5,000 rpm and 210 Nm of torque at 2,200 rpm.
The engine is the same but has been uprated with a new turbocharger, higher injection bar and many more changes to the engine to make sure it breathes well and pulls strongly. Mid range and top-end power have been highlight of the previous Abarth engine and the new one should be the same. Chassis wise, the suspension has been revised and lowered.
The brakes have been always all discs with the Linea and they continue with the same of Fiat Linea 125s. New racy color and stickers of Scorpion along with stunning looking alloy wheels. Expect a launch of the Fiat Linea 125s to commence soon this year and with a price tag of Rs 12 lakh.
