The wait is finally over. The most hyped Maruti Suzuki car of all time is here. The 2015 Maruti Suzuki S-Cross has finally made it to India. The truly premium offering from the brand is here to take the company to all new level. The premium crossover has a lot going for it which includes SUV stance and comfort for everyone on both ends of the car. 2015 Maruti Suzuki S-Cross is available with 5 colors such as Arctic white, urban blue,caffeine brown, premium silver and granite grey. The only thing not going for the car is the design when you compare it to the competition. 2015 Maruti Suzuki S-Cross is a mature design and specially the rear does look good. Front is slightly on SX4 resemblance side and it shows its Maruti DNA despite being premium product from the Suzuki stable.
2015 Maruti Suzuki S-Cross comes with tones of features such as Smart play infotainment system, which is a touch screen unit. Connectivity items such as USB, Bluetooth, Aux come with the car. HID headlights, with LED DRLs are also present on the car. Reverse parking sensor with camera is also made available. Rear sets recline which makes it more comfortable for long journeys and chauffeur experience
The 2015 Maruti Suzuki S-Cross comes with soft touch dashboard and Maruti promises a quite cabin and says the premium black interior will woo customers. Start-stop button along with cruise control and automatic wipers and climate control come with the car. Steering mounted controls are also made available Anti-pinch windows also made available but only on the Drivers side.
2015 Maruti Suzuki S-Cross will come two engines options. The tried and tested 1.3 Multijet will come in 90 PS DDis 200 tune and the awesome 1.6 Multijet which makes its debut in the car for the first time in India. The 2015 Maruti Suzuki S-Cross DDIS 320 Nm has 120 PS of power and 320 Nm of torque. 22.7 km/l with 1.6 Multijet engine and 23.65 km/l for the 1.3 Diesel has been achieved by Maruti engineers. 6-speed gearbox with 1.6 Multijet and 5-speed gearbox will made available with the 1.3 Multijet engine.
Safety wise 2015 Maruti Suzuki S-Cross gets dual airbags with the 1.6 Multijet engine on base Delta variant. Meanwhile the 1.3 Multijet equipped car gets airbags from Sigma optional variant. Driver airbag is standard on all variants and engines throughout. Disc brakes on all four ends is great move by Maruti and combined that ABS and EBD makes this even better.
