2015 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga SHVS diesel is on its way with the facelift and petrol motor will get the automatic gearbox along with Smartplay
Maruti is all set to launch the 2015 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga SHVS facelift version soon in the country. After launching its international countries, it is time that it comes to home base just like we said before.
October launch for the Ertiga was set and it still is. Dates are not decided yet, but it is set to happen in the second week of October.
2015 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga SHVS is the same engine and technology which we saw last month in the Maruti Ciaz which bumped the fuel efficiency and offered swifter acceleration off the line along with idle stop and brake regeneration.
The same thing is set to happen with the 2015 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga SHVS. Expect a bump in fuel efficiency by 1.5 km/l on the 2015 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga SHVS.
2015 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga SHVS is surprisingly getting an automatic gearbox for the petrol engine. The 1.4l K-Series engines make 90 BHP and 140 NM of torque, which will be now paired to an automatic gearbox and manual option will be obviously retained.
Expect mileage of the auto box equipped car around 17 km/l mark. Petrol automatic mileage is all set to increase as by a small margin.
On the exterior it set to get a new grill, new reflector which will look like extended taillights and a different set of bumpers and of course, new alloy wheel design with the same 15-inch size being retained.
Interior will see the familiar beige and black interior. Features inside include a Smartplay system which we saw first on the Ciaz as well.
A Start-stop button will also make it to the Ertiga along with Bluetooth controls on the steering wheel. Prices are said to a hike around 20-25k. However, it can be lesser as Maruti is refunded back the amount they are saving through the fame incentives!
