2015 Ford Figo Hatchback is sheer value for money considering the tech and safety it offers over the competition by a substantial margin
One of the many products that is set to bring Ford back on the track was the Ford Figo Aspire. Which is done and dusted and comes with great value and safety in the segment. Today, its the turn of the hatchback which is based on the same platform. The 2015 Ford Figo hatchback has been launched with the core qualities of the Aspire sedan minus the boot. Ford Figo has segment first features and is set to fight the likes of Hyundai Grand i10 and Maruti Suzuki Swift.
Ford Figo design is similar to the Aspire sedan at the front and at the side, they are identical, come to the back and boot is gone and there is hatchback tailgate which let us you access 257l boot space. On the inside too, the interior design remains the same but the black and beige is replaced by all grey interior which looks more sporty with the silver finish panels everywhere rather than the finger print magnet piano black on the Aspire sedan.
Feature wise, the car comes with driver airbag as standard on all variants and dual airbags standard from Trend variants ownwards. My

Ford Figo also comes with electric ORVM, front and rear fog lamps, driver seat height adjust only, AM/FM radio, Aux, USB and Bluetooth, climate control, ABS and EBD, steering mounted controls, guide me home lamps along with side and curtain airbags on the top spec variant.
Engine wise the 1.2 Petrol with 88 BHP and 1.5 Diesel with 100 BHP and 1.5 110 BHP automatic dual clutch equipped engine are also seen on the Figo hatchback. Diesel delivers 25.83 km/l and petrol delivers 18.6 km/l and automatic with 112 PS has the same 17 km/l mileage.
