2015 Ford Figo is coming earlier than expected, the launch is a week away
Ford is on a roll as promised. The company said that they will be launching four new products before this year ends and looks like it is keep up to the promise. After launching the Ford Figo Aspire, the sub 4-meter sedan, it is time the counterpart based on it finally showed up as well.

So what’s the 2015 Ford Figo like? Well cosmetically and mechanically it is the Ford Figo Aspire minus the boot. Interior, features and everything else is likely to be similar, but there are changes awaited when it comes to one single engine option. The 1.5l naturally aspirated engine with the dual-clutch gearbox will make it to the 2015 Ford Figo hatchback or not is still unclear. Titanium Plus variants may be given a miss and that’s a rough guess as of now, because the prices will be very near to the Figo Aspire sedan.
The other on the 2015 Ford Figo engines such as the 1.5 diesel with 100 BHP and 1.2L petrol with manual gearbox are coming in for sure. 2015 Ford Figo hatchback is likely to have fuel efficiency north of 26 km/l which is going to help it compete with the Honda Jazz and upcoming mild hybrid Maruti Suzuki Baleno aka YRA.
Elite i20 fuel efficiency figures are the least of the lot, which should improve when the upgraded version comes. It will be great to see if Ford can still retain six airbags on top variant and offer dual airbags as standard just like the sub 4-meter sedan. Good luck Ford!
