Maruti Swift SP, Special edition comes with features on the L+ variant (Lxi+/Ldi+)
Maruti has done it again and its on a spree of launch of limited edition for its car as it wants clear stocks before new year and take advantage of festive season. Maruti Suzuki Swift is the one which has taken the center stage this time with Maruti’s typical offering when it comes to special editions. It’s loaded with features on the middle variant on the exterior and interior front.

Maruti Swift SP gets body molding on the side of the car along with blackened out pillars, color ORVMS and sporty wheel covers. On the inside there are a lot of changes to add to the value quotient. You get fog lamps, reverse parking sensors, 4 speakers, Bluetooth and USB connectivity along with an integrated music system. There is more such as limited edition branded memory foam cushion, sporty seat covers and steering cover. Other things include all four power windows, central locking with keyless entry and 60:40 split seats.
You also get Maruti Swift SP badging on the side of the driver door which is visible in these pictures. All though exterior wise it remains graphic free and there is no change whatsoever. Maruti says it offers upto Rs. 10,630 discount and there are offers which can save you RS. 21,000 too. Asking price for Maruti Swift SP edition is Rs. 36,000. Prices for the Swift start at Rs. 5.15 lakhs ex-showroom Delhi. Swift SP continues to be powered by a re-tuned 1.2 petrol and 1.3 diesel engine that give 20.4 and 25.2 km/l of fuel efficiency respectively. Maruti Swift SP will compete with the likes of Grand i10, Tata Bolt, Toyota Liva and Honda Brio.
