John Abraham gets Nissan GT-R Black Edition; takes power from 3.8L V6 bi-turbo engine making 570 PS and 637 Nm of peak torque

Bollywood superstar John Abraham, the brand ambassador of Nissan India, has got an all-new Nissan GT-R. Known for his love for bikes, John is also very passionate about high-performance cars. He has shared a video showing his new possession, which is the new Nissan GT-R Black Edition.

All-new 2017 Nissan GT-R made its global premiere at the 2016 New York Motor Show in March this year. The Japanese auto major launched the GT-R (known as the Godzilla) in India this December. Priced at Rs. 1.99 crore (ex-showroom, New Delhi), Nissan GT-R is one of the most powerful cars available in the country.

In the video, John is seen showing the design of the GT-R and also thanking Nissan India for it. The car comes donning an all black look, which certainly enhances the appeal and masculinity of the GT-R. The new model features a revised front fascia compared to the old model. The peeled black headlamp is there, but the appearance is different. It sports a hexagonal front grille with Nissan’s signature V-motion chrome element. The large black alloy wheels appear wearing new design.

The rear profile of the car sports quad circular combination LED lights and quad chrome tipped tailpipes. A large spoiler and Black finished diffuser are also there. Inside the cabin, all-new Nissan GT-R dons a cleaner look than the old model. It sports a touchscreen infotainment system, less buttons and improved seats offering more comfort.

Power source for the 2017 Nissan GT-R is a front-mounted 3.8-litre V6 bi-turbo petrol engine, mated to a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission. The engine is well capable to churn out 570 PS of peak power at 6,800 rpm and 637 Nm of peak torque. The GT-R is capable to reach 0 – 100 kmph in less than 3 seconds, which makes it one of the ultra-fast cars in the world.
