DC2 Carbon Shot custom kit will be available in limited numbers for 5,000 individual bikes; gets Admiral Blue and Cardinal Red colours
DC Design has launched a custom motorcycle kits division known as DC2. The world-renowned tuning firm is looking to leverage the current trend of high-cost personalisation from bike owners. As the premium motorcycles started to get the credit they deserve in India, more and more custom garages are on the upraise. The DC2 will be responsible for providing components made of lightweight, durable and expensive carbonfibre, glass, magnesium, metal, etc.
The DC2 seems to have hit the sweet-spot already as it has customised the vintage Royal Enfield Bullet. The RE motorcycles not just add emotional value to the customers but they are popular for versatility in exterior mods. Christened as the Carbon Shot, the modified RE Bullet is adorned with LED headlamps, carbon fuel tank cover with billet mixing, front turn indicators with billet casing and so on.

Other custom-made elements include high-grade leather and steel single rider seat, LED stop lamps, LED rear indicators, carbon-built micro fender, high quality carbon rear fender, billet aluminium and carbon mixed battery casing, new longer retro-inspired exhaust pipe, etc. Only 5,000 units of the custom Carbon Shot will be created by DC2 and bookings have begun from January 25 onwards for a deposit of Rs. 25,000.
With deliveries set to begin in June, the custom kit alone costs Rs. 76,000 and adding it with the price of standard Royal Enfield Bullet 350 you would be spending close to Rs. 2 lakh we would think if you are buying a new bike. The revealing of DC2 Carbon Shot was in line with the inauguration of the DC’s Northeast Showroom in Guwahati. The luring custom kit gets Admiral Blue and Cardinal Red colour schemes.
